update dm800 dm500hd, dm800se, dm8000, dm7020hd hardware drivers

- fixed strange aliasing noise on PCM Playback with needed upsampling

- finally fixed hybrid DVB-C/-T Tuner 5V output for active antennas

- don’t fallback to DVI when the HDMI EDID was not readable

(this fixes some HDMI audio/video problems)
